I'm not really into malware, so I was just wondering: - Isn't this really non-viable in practice? The "few headers" that were shown include an Authorization header, that would presumable rotate every ~24 hours and would

I think for the next 20-30 years it still wouldn't be feasible to make it a red flag due to a non-negligable part of the older population not being on social media at all. I assume it is right now still be possible to enter countries w

Depending on what regions/lines you are exposed to one can definitely land on different sides of "it works well in general" vs. "it doesn't work well in general". Of course if you cite a Sprinter line like Nure

I also think its fine and fair to charge for the general GHA infrastructure that one would also be using with self-hosted runners. I suspect that they weren't looking to make money off of those charges, but rather use that as a forcing

Anecdotally I've seen it get a lot more common to use third-party managed runners (e.g. Blacksmith) for anyone that needs slightly beefier machines and/or a caching system that actually works.

Contrary to what a lot of the other comments here are claiming, I don't think that's the mark of death for MCP and Anthropic trying to get rid of it. From the announcement and keeping up with the RFCs for MCP, it's pretty obv
