Most Teslas come mis-aimed from the factory and expect their owners to "calibrate" them - they just never tell them that.. Guess how many owners actually figure it out? A vanishingly small percentage.. (or they're all asshole

Thank you for being part of the 0.01% of Tesla drivers who figured this out. I think by default they set them to "maximum height" or something. As someone in a sedan, they are infuriatingly blinding at night by default. I'm s

At work at the time (I was an intern), in 1993, we ran SCO Unix on a 25 MHz 386sx with 8 MB and another 6 MB on an add-in card on the ISA bus. And while the compilation with Motif was a bear (1 hour for a 1 MB executable), the actual app wa

Sure.. Except some people / companies have so much more money, they can demand impractical things and pay above-market rates for them, causing all others to scramble to live day-to-day with the distorted market. Tried buying a GPU late

If it only applies to beef, fine. If it's ALL agriculture... I can live without another datacenter - I get very little utility from "one more" - but I have to eat, generally every day..

IIRC, I had that on my Atari ST as well, and it very slowly booted Dos 3.3 and a few basic programs.. enough for me to use turbo-C or Watcom C to compile a basic .c program to display a .pcx file.

I found someone saying colonize the Milky Way Galaxy in ~90m years? Is that what you meant? The observable universe is ~93B LY - unless you're assuming FTL (and MUCH faster than light), I don't see how that's possible?
