How is development setup on the M2? Specifically Docker and Python. Docker VM has always seemed rather meh on my M1 and installing different python versions with pyenv either goes well or has _a lot_ of workarounds.

I feel like I am in between. I learn better by doing but I think everyone thinks they have to move so fast, be agile, that they leave their shitty implementation doing the work instead of figuring out how to rewrite it into something more m

It's not just Sinatra. Devise, AFAIK, has been a staple for authentication and authorization and rails (or at least in blog posts it has) and in Rails 7 it seemed like it complicated things more than helped and I can do all the secure

I really like Sinatra but a lot of the Rails improvements kind of took away some of the benefits of using Sinatra over Rails.

I went through my Makefile stage. It can be nice but it can also get messy and ugly. If you're doing simple tasks fine but your project still needs to have a lot things anyways that negates its usefulness.
