I thought this was going to be software development focused, so I read it a bit from that perspective. > There are any number of ways to build an ugly bridge, but its builders were allowed to make it pretty, and they were right to do tha

I don’t disagree, in fact I absolutely agree but the last 2/3 just sounds like meaningless jibber jabber to make yourself look smart. I’m not saying it’s not true but it’s word vomit. I like the feature but in a corporate site/app

That and most development virtual box use has moved to using Docker which has caused things like Hyper-V on Windows and macOS to create better alternatives for Docker to use and Linux doesn't need the VM.

First time seeing the from at the top of the query and I am not sure how I feel about it. It seems useful but I am so used to select...from. I'm assuming it's more of a user preference like commas in front of the field instead of

I thought the typing overload was interesting because I thought it was going to be like overloading in C# and Java but it's really just useful for documentation and intellisense tools in IDEs.

I wish homebrew was a little more friendly to installing in a directory other than what the installer sets. I used to have a lot of permissions issues back when /usr/local was the only directory and none since I started installing
