What type of AI coding? I do not have the attention span to sit there and let these LLMs just churn away. I have to be the one doing the typing or nothing will be accomplished. I tried playing Claude Code and Codex a bit. While impressive i

My employer has the weirdest code reviews I have ever participated in. I kid you all not, we all get around and it's like team-wide show and tell. We basically demo anything cool we learned, found, etc.. There is actually no real revie

I've had bad results with this method. If I ask any model to review the same code ten times, then I will get ten different answer.

What about quality? Being cheaper and faster, while great and all, is less valuable than quality to me.

That was one the major criticism I have of my CS degree's program. Perhaps the knowledge I wish for is not truly CS in the mathematical/theoretical perspective, but I believe it would have been absolutely valuable to learn.

I am somewhat disappointed in Sam Harris being on the list. I do not agree with him on every topic, but I did enjoy some of his views back when he was more about philosophy than politics. I do find Ted Cruz being involved to be absolutely h

Historical learning methods were not far off from that. Many of the greats we remember likely heavily benefited from private tutoring and mentoring, not busywork, rote memorization, and arbitrary assessments.
