Bingo. This sort of investing works well in bull market, and after an almost 9 run-up, I'm guessing we have a lot of younger traders who have not seen a bear market. This is not going to end well for a lot of folks...

Who are these mysterious funders of the alt-right, in either Germany or the US? Unlike the left, which does seem to have a few favorite donors concentrated high up amongst the elites, it doesn't appear that the alt-right has many frien

The Washington Post, IMO, has taken a serious dive in the past few years. Unlike the NYTimes and WSJ, WAPO has simply become another click-bait, hit-piece site like Salon or Buzzfeed. It's shameless.

What are you talking about? The prevailing wage law of the H1B is only $60k, and these are for the best and brightest workers our mega corps need, due to a lack of qualified US workers. So obviously, $50k is more than adequate. /s

Hopefully this trend continues. Every mile of my overcrowded and high COL city dedicates a few square blocks to huge retail outlets - Office Max, Kohl's, Best Buy, etc. Besides the stores themselves, they all include huge parking lots

Except for the US citizens who now might have a job or even a bit of wage growth after 30 years of non-stop immigration from mostly low wage countries, with the ensuing wage arbitrage used by US businesses.

This may have been true pre-ACA, but it isn't the reality now. It's now a system where wealthy, government employees, and the poor (i.e. subsidized) have access to full care, and most of the middle class just goes without. In the
