   I agree, these are great points. I'm not asking for an award for "the idea" I'm saying it's frustrating that despite my best efforts I couldn't get the capital to execute it.

    I would never buy a used car sight-unseen. When I bought my current car used, I had financing already lined up through my bank, flew 4 states down to get it, inspected it, and drove it back. I had the cost of travel built in as a discount.

    Thanks - Most of my goals do require wealth. However, the last couple months I started doing what I can now with the resources I have and it has helped tremendously. But also made me more eager.
