Fantastic, I needed something like this just the other day. Might be worth looking at implementing something similar as an editor plugin.

Perhaps there was an ulterior motive, like publicity. After all, they're 37signals and they can do whatever they please.

Depends on their calorie intake mostly. If there's a calorie deficit (they burn more calories than they eat) they'll lose weight and look like rakes. If they eat more than they burn, they'll get bigger and usually stronger.

Bit disappointed that it isn't gonna be another actual Space Quest starring Roger Wilco, I'd definitely be up for that.

Hey, so do I! In fact I went to the London part of the tour where it was recorded live. Trance.fm is also pretty good source, they play non stop trance with no interruptions. Great for coding against as long as it isn't too loud!

I remember there already being an app for ventrilo, so I just went off to find it and it turns out they had to pull it: http://www.ventafone.com/ Is yours not similar?

Great idea and it does look very slick and well executed, but from the little playing around I did it just didn't feel as fluid as a desktop app would. I'd definitely prefer a native desktop application to html and js, perhaps with an optio

One of my friends has put an ipod nano into a watch strap casing. It looks stylish and works well too. I just wish you could build apps for them, there would be a huge market for that surely.

Does this beta have an expiry date? As in, if I upgrade am I going to be surprised by it deactivating in ~3 months time?

I love how on a Show HN or similar there's always someone trying to inject a javascript alert.

This is a great idea and I'm sure you'll do well. The one template that's available and your site itself look very well designed. However - wasn't the whole point of bootstrap to make it easier for developers to create their own stuff, th

Same. I would be happy to use this if I could just drop it in to my site in the form of a js plugin or similar... though I suppose it's not too hard to make my own. I guess this is for the bloggers who aren't very techie.

I've never felt like I've had to jump through hoops to get things working on Windows, though I have been using it almost exclusively for 10+ years and hosting on it for 3 so maybe I've either tuned in so much that I just get it, or I just d

With respect to them, do they have a policy where staff members are forced to write blog posts? Because this one looks like it took 5 minutes to think up, and then 5 minutes to write down. And it isn't the first one. Sorry.

The UK based sms service I use doesn't. But theres a monthly fee for the number. I'm sure this was the case with others when I was shopping around as well (again, UK based).
