Duh - when people say something is mobile/tablet compatible, obviously what they mean is compatible with the latest version of Android or iOS. /s

Great, but what happens if Reddit changes their API or SLA, or just plain shuts you out? Business = poof.

A simple product with a great looking UI and marketing site. You're gonna crush it.

The UI is excellent but it's hard to justify $19 a month for this. Just have a Tweetdeck tab open, then you can reply to the tweets too.

That's a huge question. There's plenty of youtube vids comparing the two, I think this one [1] shows the difference quite well. Both blues and browns feel very similar, but the blues are much louder. Browns are already quite loud,

Love the idea to branch out into stationary. Now you've got the option to grow up and out. There's probably loads of other suitable Japanese niches too. Have you done any AB testing with the personalised message on the home page

Is there no website where you can join as a mentor or a student and then it gives you a list of who you're looking for, perhaps sorted by distance? It could cover anything, not just programming or startup culture. I'm sure I'

But why charge $59 one-off when they can charge $29/month ($348/year)!?!?! I hate it too. Especially for relatively simple utility apps like this that don't really provide a lot of ongoing service apart from hosting the app.

Cool, and this runs in the browser without needing nodejs too.

I would love a massive 40-50"+ monitor with the standard PPI of 94. Loads of space, with no worrying about scaling issues or ridiculously tiny fonts/icons/etc.

You've clearly put a lot of time into this and I think you've done a great job. I've gathered a whole bunch of new ideas to try with my onboarding in a fraction of the time it would have taken me to figure it out myself.

From reading the title I was hoping the article was going to be about the coding of Monkey Island, or an open source port of it or something. Which I would have preferred..!

What's the likely solution here? Is it possible to remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere without damaging it in some other way? Or are we destined to slowly but surely destroy this planet?

I wouldn't think so. Just stick your skill set and history down, along with what sort of company or area you're looking for and a way to be contacted. Although recruiters will probably go wild all over it and nobody really wants t

CyberDusts leading app store reviews are so obviously shilled it hurts. They actually read like they were written to go in the description section.

This sounds good. As a developer I frequently churn out stuff that I have no idea how to sell or grow. Let the sales guys look through a list of stuff that has been made by developers, and if they find something they think they can add valu

Great story, I remember reading it the first time around. How they didn't explode sooner from that set up and and managed to get as far as they did was probably the most shocking part of it.

I've already tried something like this. I found that Twitter suspend the account incredibly fast if you interact with the website automatically. They can tell it's not natural. I switched to the API which is much more lenient.

It's worse than that. At least with the book you get to turn the page. This is more like having a book, and knowing there's other pages, but you can never get to the bottom of the page you're on.

Changed the default RDP port on a remote Windows box, but didn't open the port on the firewall and couldn't get back in. Whoopsie.
