I'm not sure why I chose to phrase it that way. Probably because it's ongoing, multifaceted and victim to some very very dirty tactics. Also, we like "waging war" on things here rather than solve them. Briefly, our educa

I seriously doubt anyone is being convicted based on that alone. Look, once you suspect someone was at the riot, you can then start to look for other things like, license plates coming in and out of DC, or beacon data or phone tower records

No one swept up all of the power. It’s insane to say that just because democrats are in control. There’s an entire spectrum of opinions and differences within the party that is being set aside in order to fight for some common beliefs...lik

Every country on earth is investigating. Here is what I wrote in response to your other dead comment. Look through the sources, it's being thoroughly investigated and getting back negative results, which even if successful, wouldn'

Not every ethical notion needs to be legislated. I don’t think anyone is suggesting everyone enforced to publish all source code, however, not releasing source code can be perceived as unethical...or shady AF if that makes more sense. The f

But if your device is just some thermostat behind a NAT firewall talking to one server, what’s the risk if it isn’t opening up ports or accepting unsolicited connections?

I miss the days when google had an option to block entire domains. So sad that they removed it.

That’s what it might be now, but I feel very strongly as though it was meant to be way more complicated and probably got really overwhelming.

I literally reported an issue a year ago where under some circumstances, logging out of Microsoft would not actually log you out if their JavaScript redirect fail to execute, which it did on some devices. Nothing. They didn’t give a shit. I

They did the same thing with IMDb a few years ago. Their data dumps now are absolutely useless and they don’t generate any of the information themselves.

What? No, but that's my point. Even a company like Amazon was locked-in to a vendor. I'm not saying people should build their own databases but that this is a move in the right direction.

Didn’t AWS just move some of their infrastructure off of oracle because it basically took them a decade to figure out how?
