Are there any legal implications for doing this? Was going to do something similar with Redis and MongoDB.

I've experienced the same. As a consumer, what can we do? Complain on Twitter? Leave one star reviews?

I'm sure we can all agree that the current state of shells needs some work, but I don't think inventing a new one is the right solution. I'm a huge fan of the fish shell, but in the real world, it never seems to be installed

Totally agree! The last company I worked for demanded we be in-person, even though I was #1 in every single support metric (number of tickets resolved, fastest response time, most bugs fixed per month, etc). I just don't get it. If the

I could not disagree more on the notion that software developers are looked down upon. In my experience, all those developers are treated as omnipotent. Having intelligence on another level. These are the people who wear hoodies in the elev

Have you seen Code.org's video on routing? Might be worth linking to, as it is very simple to understand: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AYdF7b3nMto

I love watching other people code! As a viewer, you get to see the mistakes people make, their frustrations, and spur-of-the-moment thoughts. They are way more entertaining than video tutorials. The same people that don't like to watch

Just about everything I've learned about bash has been from the #bash IRC channel on Freenode. You'll see the same repeated warnings of not learning from the public web, due to the fact that misinformation spreads like a wild fire

Awesome concept! I've never been a fan of looking up flags in another tab, and hunting down which ones are in use. Just seems like it should be an automatic process. The explainshell website is great, but it doesn't work offline.

Like others have said, I'd ditch Apache/Varnish for Nginx/PHP-FPM with the ngx_cache_purge module. That's what I've done, and it's far easier to maintain. The VCL language has always struck me as overly complic

Yup, a bit confused here as well. I just signed up with Onename, but I'm not too sure what to do. How do I link this with Passcard? I've already linked it to Twitter (but I don't have an image of me like others seem to do).

When I was in Community College back in 2010, absolutely nobody wanted to be there. I didn't understand why the experience wasn't the same as portrayed in the movies. No dorm rooms, crazy parties, or bonding with other students. Y

Here is my opinion on that matter. As part of the security team at WP Engine, it's not only my job to educate our users on how to better stay secure, but also figure out why their site was compromised in the first place. The majority of t

The way Ruby handles string interpolation (evaluating code inside a string) is what pushed me to learn Ruby. It was the only way that made sense to me. Also, completely disagree with your first comment. When reading my code out loud, saying
