Why do you expect South Indians to know hindi. Do you go to North and speak in Kannada. Learn the local languages. Don't impose your language or try to speak in common tongue be it English.

If Apple cared about privacy they would have left China instead of giving up it's iCloud key. They are focusing on it because of business sense. To upsell people who are able to buy those expensive devices otherwise all devices are now

op mentioned apple core is privacy. i implies that they care it only for their high end customers. They could anytime do a low end mobile if privacy was their core. Their core is like any other business get maximum profits.

They had to focus on privacy to separate out from the competition. Also this distracts the focus on walled garden criticism and freedom to own the devices.

Google announced jetpack compose in last i/o. But it seems like it was not discussed here at all. And from other comments seems like developers don't know about it.

They care for privacy only for people who are willing to pay their high prices though.

React seems far more like a project created by people who dislike front-end development - that seems way off. For me react is the perfect fit for front-end development. You have syntax similar to html and logic in plain javascript. Angular

There are several Apple laptops buying once is still a decision to make based on cost. And it might not work out like mine where the space keeps on decreasing and on restart it comes back. If not for ios programming i would have preferred

Viable alternative or not it still affects large number of users. Millions is not a small amount.

I would rather have browser provide rich components then rely on third party.

That is what freedom all about user own choices not dictated by corporatism. Your original point about profits and freedom makes sense now. If Apple allowed side loading or other stores then its profits would decrease. There would companies

Coming back to the first point "Freedom is for the user do as he wants". I am not even an American but i know how important Freedom is. You can't just give it up for privacy walled garden, corporate profits.

If other platforms are a waste land then why is Apple a afraid of freedom. If they opened up nothing should change right.

You don't need to know in android as well. It's even easier.

Again why are you associating money with freedom? If there are not much innovations happening on other platforms then why are Apple afraid to allow side loading?

Why are you associating freedom with business to point out apple profits? Freedom is for the user do as he wants.

That is your choice. Others like to have freedom as well instead of just privacy walled garden.

With 28 days change their made users spend more money instead of 12 months it was 13 months. I am not defending jio you are the one defending airtel abuses. Don't use cheap to side step airtel user hostile policies.

If apple don't stand to make a profit then why not allow competition. Dominant position or not there are millions of user who don't have a choice. The android case seems more to punish google for their abuses rather then something

What competition when my measly mb was reduced even further. They even introduced the 28 day month cycle. Low prices does not mean it's competitive.

There was no enough competition before jio appeared. Airtel even reduced my measly 135MB packs to 130MB. Now they are removing lifetime incoming calling as well. When you have these kind of operator no wonder people don't care.

They are already different on each platform be it iOS android or web. Consistent for me would be same in all platform which would be a browser for most cases.
