Spending my Christmas in a caravan somewhere way south of Spain, in a quiet remote corner with only my favourite 2 people (including my dog). No presents, no family dinners. Definitely the best Christmas for a long while.

Imagine people would actually express what they want in work environment and we could all work the way is best for US. That would be miserable!

I thought about this so long that a burnout forced me to. Haven't had the need to get back to work ever since :) I haven't worked in a office setting for over 7 years, but I built and sold several companies. Whoever is not going t

I feel heavily annoyed from most IDE features. I love to code in a chill relaxed way where I just write the code that I want. I actually remember all the relevant fields and I am currently working on, or just reread the relevant code when n

I think I get what you mean. Never been to the U.S. and was just really surprised about this sentiment. Some people drive tiny single seat cars here in Europe and I never considered that particular dangerous for them or anyone next to the r

How can a car be to small for your streets when there are bikes and whatever also driving around? I am really lost on this point

I tried. It was unreliable as f. Conbee lost connection whenever he wanted. HA was way to heavy for modern raspi. Documentation was horrible for all tools and plugins I needed. Many python connectors I found to work with HA in my research b

That's the worst. My remote doesn't have numbers, not even arrows in a traditional sense. But it does have 4 branded buttons, 2 of which I never heard of.

I bought a dumb TV to use with Kodi. The TV is so dumb tho I wouldn't do that again. Ex. Audio out exists only as 'headphone jack' output. Which is excluded from volume control. The OS, whatever that is, boots before it enabl
