You already carry a cellphone, I presume. Also, I am against most forms of gun control, being otherwise very liberal in my worldview. However, I cannot possibly understand why a developer would need to carry a gun at all times. You are inv

Craigslist is a wasteland of incredibly obvious, too good to be true scams. I'm still waiting to hear back from all those ladies who want all that NSA sex, and that guy in Rome that wanted to swap houses.

No one has mentioned cellphone camera/microphone. I assume it's feasible to do the same remote operation with those?

Right. The point being, if we're talking scientifically here, you can't just say that the machine was the issue and be done with it. What kind of machine was it? Was the machine emitting radiation? Was it emitting light? What

Just like the idea of "teach the controversy," giving legitimacy to ridiculous ideas gives the impression that either side is equally likely/valid. Really it just wastes people's time.

It is the express lack of correlation that makes up a superstition, so the opposite of what you're saying is true. I wasn't aware that "correlation" is a fancy science word, I guess it depends on your personal background

One day, we'll all be able to pore over our anyone's emails from the last 10 years from an NSA data leak posted on Piratebay. Employers, insurance companies, and ex/potential lovers will have a great time with that.
