Yeah 4kph over results in a slap on the wrist in Germany. Traffic fines get expensive quickly in the Netherlands! A simple parking ticket is ~95 euros >.<

I'm not even on a keto diet, but I avoid refined sugars as much as possible. On most days my refined sugar intake is well below 10 grams. You don't have to do go full keto to get a health benefit!

Security-through-obscurity can be very effective by using it to throw up a smoke screen. Case: you need to protect a web server. If you can successfully hide/spoof your OS/software fingerprint, an attacker won't know whether

Exactly. Having electric cars means that you can generate your power however you want. Nuclear (fission or fusion), solar, fossil, biomass - it doesn't matter.

Depends on whether your camera is equipped with an infrared filter. Some older camcorders actually have low-light modes based on infrared or near infrared light. You should be able to use those as well.

Agreed. I'm in favour of laws dictating that research funded with public funds must be published without paywalls. France has such legislation IIRC, other countries should follow.

raises hand I'd love to visit the US sometime, but right now I'd rather not go there for the reasons you mentioned. The only exception would be if my job required it.
