Sorry about the vulgarity. It's just that the price I paid for that was enormous; I'd say it cost me a year and a half of suffering.

I've never had any experience with any of this, but this sounds very practical in theory.

I'm a subscriber. Let's see: the unemployment is currently at 9.4% officially, 20.5% according to shadowstats. Eyeballing it, I'd say Cali has unemployment of 22%. That's depression-era levels.

You're right, housing is a problem. That is yet another lobby. If you look, Palo Alto might have a land shortage, but it does not have a volume shortage. Think of all the space in the air and underground that is not being used because o

Incentives. The whole point of a wife isn't "commitment," it's monogamy. It has benefits for both parties, but because she wants a monopsony on your sperm, she doesn't want you looking good to other women.

You probably have adult ADD and need ritalin. Every person on this forum probably does too. I have it for one. Get checked.

Carbon neutral but not global warming neutral. Methane is worse, like 1000 times worse, per molecule, than CO2.

This is why I took a year off college at 19 to start a starter company. It was like running your first marathon: you want to win, but you know you probably won't. But you need the experience. In my case, everyone I talked to was pretty
