It is obvious because that is how you move a big physical map. You pull it towards or away from yourself to view specific area, just like with a mouse. That's how it was done since first maps. It's just obvious to move a big piece

I disagree. A few years ago I bought Epson XP-6000 after a few years of laser printers. It's the best printer I ever had. Ink is ok in price but I don't use the printer much. It works whenever I need it though. On top of it, it&#x

I do. I work 4 days a week and would love to spend Fridays with my kid. That would mean three full days a week spending time with my family. Now, I just do errands and 'home admin' on Fridays and take weekend trips with the family

Anecdata. I was 15kg heavier last summer than this summer. I had a lot harder time wearing a mask last year than this.

Disagree here. Thinkpad P52 (16GB Ram and i7-8750H) running Windows 10 Pro. Absolutely no issues with Firefox. I always find it strange when people talk about FF issues. I never had any on Linux, MacOS or Windows. Always worked for me. Rare

You absolutely should have a good life with minimum wage. Every wage should be able to provide decent housing and healthcare. Everything else is bullshit and failure of society.

These are known all over the world. Not sure why they are called 'Romanian' now. It's like people just make things up and call it 'country' + whatever and that's it. Next step is to register them as EU 'he

Not in this case though as unemployment in the last decade is at its lowest in developed world.

You haven't seen any european factories did you? They are proper high-tech in comparison to your average chinese one. What people might not realise that manufacturing is still going on in Europe and US. It's just that less people

I heard that same thing in the 90' about outsourcing. Adapt or be gone.

Why not on 6th and 7th as well? Or after hours? Where will you stop? Look, it works for me. I work Mon-Thu and work from home. My employer deals with it just fine. They have a happy employee and pay a day less a week as well. It's all

I like my job. I like it even more when WFH and even more when doing 4 days of it.

I for one don't mind it. I went 4 days/week in March and it changed my life for the better. I like my job but that one day off extra gives me so much flexibility. I can do all errands on Friday and then pick up the kid from school

It's people from elswehere actually wishing for Taiwan and China to go to war. They like to fantasize about them going to war until the last Taiwanese and Chinese. Pretty disgusting.

No. UK regulators are thinking of stopping AZ for all below 50. So, no, it's not political.

No one is strong arming me. I received all vaccines that were available in my youth and my child received all as well. I am booked for vaccination next week here in the UK and I don't care which one I get. It'll probably be AZ. Th

Supply is increasing. Europe will actually be on par with US by end of summer.

By that time (4th of July) most people in Europe will be vaccinated as well.

Exactly. Offices are much more distracting than my wife or child speaking to me occasionally when I am working at home.

I will not 'train' anybody. If my wife or my child comes to me with something it's important. I'll put work down and continue when I speak to them and make sure all is ok. Of course they do understand that 'daddy&#x

No there are not. Those are second doses. In EU they 'reserved' second doses. UK for example went on to vaccinate as much as possible. That's why there will be a delay now of a month or two.
