Has anyone sat down with him and discussed his issues with him and what professional help he needs? Has anyone even mentioned to him that it's not ok to come to work like that. You are right that he shouldn't be coding in that sta

They're not asking for 1 specific phone to be unlocked here. They're asking for ALL Apple phones to be built to withstand brute force attempts without wiping data in case they need to access it in the future.

Having supported thousands of netbooks across 50+ schools I can say they are an awful teaching tool. They require constant maintenance and updates and installing software is a nightmare. Remember these are being bought by schools where ther

Companies like Yelp will only take notice when they aren't able to hire in the Bay Area for entry level roles. They can already see that it's heading that way, that's why they're moving support to AZ. It's cheaper t

I found this article very confusing. While the wage is very low ($19000) the overall issue is the cost of rent. I could understand if the letter was directed to her landlord. Cost of utilities, travel and food would all be liveable for a ye

Could you use a wireless eyefi SD card in each camera? The cameras could remain fixed but then you can access the photos on the cards automatically.

This journey is made easier by looking and speaking to customers first before you build anything. For people that just enjoy building apps, that is really hard to do. If you don't want to sell to people now, you won't when you hav

I have been using computers for long periods daily for the last 20 years. It's only been in the last few years that I've noticed a real difference. I've found that the problem has been caused by staring at a small iphone scre

Really like PledgeSociety! It would be great to see an average $ amount per fan (earnings \ by no of supporters). I think with that kind of filter I'd be able to find some really cool people with a small fan base, low earnings but that

If you are even slightly familiar with using Apple devices then switching to a Surface is a somewhat annoying & frustrating experience. Some of the decisions that went into the Surface just don't make sense from a user experience p

The cheapest I've seen is around $40 if you were buying in bulk they'd be even cheaper. Maybe the easiest thing to test would be to import devices at a reasonable price and see if you can sell them.

I have experience of doing that but for the water engineering industry. I'd assume there was some similarities in the processes. Would you be interested in a trial to see what value this generates for you?

You'd probably need to do some research with farmers. See what type of moisture meters maize and types of phones they have access to. Your app needs to work with whatever is currently in use. Some use a probe, some are like a jug that

I would probably start by asking your staff their nearest 2 underground stations. Upload the spreadsheet to something like ZeeMaps to pin all the locations to a map and getting a visual idea of where clusters appear. You could even do this

It's not as hard as you think. They ask, you say 'I am looking for $X' If they ask again you say "I wouldn't be interested in receiving my current salary for this role, I am looking for $X"

Imagination over possessions. I often try to remember what was most fun for me, it was usually making treasure maps, looking for pixies and elves, writing letters to santa or building a fort. Even something as simple as going out in the car

Learn how to troubleshoot a project. If it's behind, how to get it back on track. If it's getting too complex how to bring it back into scope. Get good at finding & removing problems.
