Isn’t that question easily answered if we know if it’s a “factual” or “lived” subject that is being discussed?

I just read an article about AI and ethics in a national newspaper. 90% was about the researcher and not about the research. I really dislike human interest stories when expecting some more depth.

Thanks! I'm not doing a lot of bash scripting, so there's always something weird happening. `set -Eeuxo pipefail` will be my new default.

Just add some other renewables, storage, load shifting and interconnects, and the story continues.

I understand the feeling, but isn't everything eventually broken down into small tasks?

I was just looking into this today. iOS shows a decimal separator (a comma in the Netherlands) with `inputmode=decimal` and none for `inputmode=numeric`. You can try it out here: https://output.jsbin.com/necuzoj

Can you share the 3D model for the mount? Would love to try it first, before buying the expensive Apple licensed one.

I’ve been dreaming about this for 15+ years and for me an important ideological aspect is decentralization. The amount of Bad Things tm that happened related to energy is immense. Power to the people ;)

So it's not the copper, but the bureaucracy then? Could that maybe be fixed by the political will that Putin is creating all over Europe?

That's what I like about Tesla, it has buttons for stuff you'd expect (lights, cruise control, wipers, volume, media navigation, a/c) and touchscreen for something complex like navigation or for settings that aren't used

I think we agree on that it’s made by humans. The discussion is about what is being made. Just because a tennis ball is round, we don’t call it an artificial sun.

They used this song in Spanish class I took in Medellin. I think I’m not the only one who spent some time there and spends some time here on HN. Don’t underestimate that Venn diagram :) (Does early Shakira count?)

I'm actually looking into this. Just an hour ago I mailed the local university that I won't be doing any courses there. My initial plan was to do a bachelor at around 50% speed. But working and having to girls (1,5 years and 3 wee

Using something like TypeBox [1] can help with that. [1] https://github.com/sinclairzx81/typebox
