We’re calling it a liquidity problem only because they don’t have to mark to market. In reality it’s a solvency problem, they lost a shit ton of money by buying bonds at 0-2% that are worth 50-70% value because equivalent bonds pay 5-6%. In

Absolutely. Choose a shorter narrower and well shaped ski it’s the right equipment for beginner speed and conditions. But price point not so much you won’t be able to squeeze the 10-20% performance improvement

A lot of this work you can diy it just seems intimidating. You can absolutely rent a digger and do your own pipe. You can also to your own roof. It’s not really worth it if you make 200k a year but if you make 50 it is.

There is no rental trap. The problem is runaway inflation that destroys savings and taxes investment gains. The only reason housing is such a good deal is that the first 500k is tax free.

It’s not just the color of the bubbles. Rich Media texting compatibility between the two platforms is garbage. Pictures and videos off android come in at low resolution and often fail altogether
