And not against Google for Meet? I’ve not read the complaint, but if Teams is impermissible, I fail to understand how you’d ever bundle services for a subscription fee. How do you even define an individual service?

I switched from Chrome for Edge's native integration with Windows credentialing and Office 365. In a corporate environment that relies heavily on Windows and the Office suite, it really works very well. Its elegant account management

All else being equal, I think most people prioritize their own country and countrymen over others', and would not sacrifice their own countrymen to benefit others'. You may not share this view, but I think most people do. Most p

Agreed. Otherwise, modern mobile OSs are pretty tough to penetrate. iOS in particular.

There's no way this was from regular pepper spray. Maybe some kind of acid? Or blunt force?

As an iPhone user, I really do appreciate the integration with MacOS. Mostly iMessage and FaceTime.

Overwhelming the hospital system by virtue of a decrease in capacity seems to me to be a different thing than by virtue of an increase in cases.

When did “flatten the curve” become “eliminate transmission”? We have abundant hospital capacity remaining nearly everywhere up in the US. It seems likely we can begin moving toward herd immunity significantly more quickly by relaxing soci

I don't actually read either of your linked studies to support what you say. But be that as it may, I think fiber is also satiating. It's just difficult to hit my macros when eating all broccoli. Broccoli, butter, and steak, on

By "high carb," I only mean to suggest easily-digestible high-glycemic index carbohydrates. I really do think there's something to the blood glucose spike and crash cycle and its relationship to satiety. I suspect you agree

I actually agree with most all of your posts. The one big difference, though, in my opinion, is that when adapted to a very low carbohydrate diet, it's actually easier for me to not eat. That's it. To me, it's the lone advan

I use Workshare several times a day, every day. Most transactional attorneys do. I find it works well for its intended purpose.

What’s wild to me is that a third-party product, Workshare Compare, actually does a better job of this than Microsoft does with its own product. Workshare is used widely in the AmLaw 100.

Carpooling is also difficult for those who have irregular work schedules. Many people cannot leave at the same time every day. That also makes mass transit difficult. If your schedule doesn’t line up with the bus or train, it adds signific

This comment is terribly misinformed. The First Amendment to the US Constitution does not apply to charities distributing their own resources. There is no law preventing them from conditioning aid on listening to a religious sermon.

I never claimed gun ownership reduced gun violence overall, but excluding suicide it doesn’t seem to increase it either.[1] At the macro scale, I only mean to say it makes hostile government action less likely. Likewise, at the micro scale
