Try out TexStudio ( http://texstudio.sourceforge.net/ ). Free, open source, integrates with MikTex, ctrl-space autocompletion for bibtex entries, can easily switch build chain from latex-dvi-ps-pdf to xelatex-pdf or pdflatex
