It seems to me that the questions we're asking in the 2010s seem to be less about "how can we make a new technology" and more about "how can we use the technology we already have". We already have pretty much all the computing power we need

Why is it wrong to look at the issue from a cost/benefit perspective? If an expenditure of resources isn't very effective at preventing child abuse, shouldn't those resources be deployed in a different way so we can prevent as much abuse as

While "better designed" is definitely subjective, I find that HN reads easier and is more visually appealing. Personally, HN feels superior on an aesthetic as well as functional level - many of DN's design techniques feel kind of cliched or

I'm gonna check this out as soon as they support FTB Mindcrack. The added complexity from Gregtech really makes the game a lot richer, despite the problems I have with that mod.

Fog distance can be changed on the fly, though. You don't need to start a new game to adjust it.
