I love that the article explains why it doesn't strike the thumb. Sometimes I am not fast enough and it does hit my thumb, which is why I opt for the method where you wind it around your thumb to create a trigger.

I find the best way for my feeble mind to understand more than 3 or 4 dimensions is a parallel coordinate graph where you can view the relationships between two of the dimensions at a time. You can do this interactively in R using plotly:

I like the idea of adding +spam@gmail.com, but it would be really easy for this to be invalidated by just stripping this from your email before selling it in a mailing list.
