Obviously it depends on the introvert, but any quiet, casual space where the focus isn't on socializing. So for me, some places that come to mind are a climbing gym with plenty of space for lounging, makers space, a bookstore with a c

From earlier comments, it appears that a dishwasher will consume at least 2.5 gals per cycle. No way does hand washing use 5 to 7.5 gallons of water per wash. Being a single guy, I stopped using my dish washer for the several dishes I dirt

At least in America, with the massive increase in material and labor costs and greater building codes, a newly built home identical to an existing home will cost more than the market price of the existing home.

Is the price of a truss fairly linear or is there a length where the price starts to really accelerate? I'm considering building a 30'x60' pole barn with 18" or 24" eaves making the trusses 33' or 34' lon

I'm looking for someplace to call home. Each city hasn't fulfilled my dream (e.g. too hot, too congested, too boring, too expensive).

A big one for me is exiting one city and entering another (i.e. moving) especially when the new city is in another state. I've switched cities 7 times in the last 9 years and 6 states.

I'm an atheist but wouldn't mind seeing a religion based on Jesus' teachings flourish. I think most people are dumb and need something/someone to encourage them to act rationally and civilly. Not me, of course; I try m

If you think astrology is dumb, how about witchcraft? I started dating a woman and after a few dates she told me she was a member of a Wicca. I never had much luck with the ladies; I shrugged it off and continued with the relationship.

As an investor in robotics, I found this interesting: > Nick Pinchuk, CEO of Snap-on, another premium brand, said that in 2010 the company’s U.S. factories had a roughly 100-to-1 ratio of workers to robots. Today it’s 8 to 1, but the gra

"We" haven't forgotten how to solve social problems. Not to get all political, but at least in the United States, there is tremendous pressure not to solve any problems. Our elites are content with the status quo.

My religious sister is anxious to move on to Heaven. She's not suicidal but at 60 tired/bored of her dull life. Since Heaven is the end goal she doesn't have much motivation in enhancing her life.
