I am seeing that url as "expert sex change." That said, the word therapist also can be read in multiple ways.

I learned to do some MySQL from a random website. Code wasn't great. I didn't learn in detail, either. And it used mysql_query(). Ideally, a book from the last year or so would have been better!

There is such a service. You just have to look for it. I'm building a wiki, so it is something that I could conceivably use.

That's interesting. For me, in the only somewhat hard math class I took in college, the class meetings were mostly useless. All that I learned came from solving the problems. But it could just be a learning style difference.

I have recommended RapGenius. I have not recommended any other site.

This seems like a bad idea. Google is increasingly good at detecting and punishing unnatural links. This type of tactic is not something I would recommend; search optimization in 2013 is different than it used to be.

Reddit is useful to me because I read subreddits that are interesting. Stuff like /r/offmychest /r/confession can provide a unique perspective on life. For discussing TV shows (which I have to admit, I enjoy), it's

Anti-psychotic meds can be lifesavers for people with psychosis. We're talking hearing voices, thinking the government is taping your phone calls (bad example, I know!), and so on, to being able to live somewhat normally if things go

ADHD is overdiagnosed and is often used as a catch all solution for boys being boys. Our school system simply does not approve of kids having energy, being a bit aggressive and playful. That said, as an author, I have focused on adult ADHD

Thanks for sharing and glad you've been almost off cigarettes entirely. That said, nicotine is a mild stimulant, not a depressant, afaik. It's alcohol that's a depressant.

I believe you could. The path I'd recommend is learn programming, get experience that you can put on your resume (such as developing an online tool or doing a startup), then go from there. Good luck!

If that's all it was, it wouldn't be so mysterious. It's been shown that the billiard ball can be either red or white up until the point you check it, and that the other ball will spontaneously resolve. That's based off

It looks like an interesting idea. 2 things. 1) The design looks a bit off. Needs a bit fine tuning imo. 2) If it hasn't launched, why does it have such an impressive media bar? I find it hard to believe The New York Times covered

I've been building a product search tool. I wanted to scrap data to power it. It'd be similar to the caching and scrapping Google does. But I spoke to a lawyer and she strongly advised against it (she said if the Terms of Servic

We don't need 50 crappy new domain extensions. We just need one new one that works well like .com. Personally, I had high hopes for .co, but it doesn't seem too well adopted yet.

The response to this post surprises me a bit. Suicide prevention is a great idea. But as described, it really isn't explained well enough to capture my imagination. There's very little description of what it would do beyond that

I'd appreciate if someone could discuss what are the legal issues here. Basically, if I write a song, why does Rap Genius have the right to publish the lyrics on their website?
