Neat idea just some implementation niggles. I not sure I trust my Mother to understand the extremely non standard tag return form. I know the form is very simple but it looks like an image and the internet illiterate probably will get confu

True, often high end hardware can be snake oil. It is like using gold in HDMI cables, a basic copper cable does just as well but companies still tout their stupidly expensive cabling.

I know plenty of people who pay that much, and more for headphones. These are people who get into discussions about the loudness war [1] and the pros/cons of various audio formats for different musical genres. They're not stupid, just enthu

It is a horrible meme, that just won't die. By the time we actually want to get rid of the "waste" from reactors (note we haven't done anything or the sort so far) the waste will be seriously less dangerous than this article concerns itself

As long as the feelings are mutual and are able to grow beyond the initial smitten stage then nothing wrong with falling head over heels in love. I've done it, and come through the other side with the love of my life. ^_^

This throws aside IMO the major contributing factor, that these big companies generally run in heavily commoditized sectors where the margins have been forced down by the competition. High volume, low margin.

Me neither, all the coverage I have seen (and I haven't been following too closely I have to admit) has pointed to some magical prediction algorithm they've supposedly developed and having very local servers. Given on a great day I get a 30

Chrome makes Google lots of money directly? I'm not so sure about that. A post on the Huffington has advertisements alongside it making the company money. That alone makes it much more a grey area than contributing to an open source project
