The funny thing is that blog post rant about mrsk which I thought was a Kubernetes implementation which is not. Docker ecosystem is just a mess.

I like the `StrictHostKeyChecking accept-new` setting. Accept new host key without prompting the usual `Are you sure you want to continue connecting (yes/no/[fingerprint])?` (great when scripting on 100+ servers). Still reject kno

Which areas? Austin this is not the case anymore and I thought this was one of the “hotter” areas in the US.

OP was talking about realtors. Realtors commission is based on final price, why not portraying the market hotter?

> I just got an update from my realtor that, compared to 2021, houses are now getting 5-10 offers instead of 10-20. Well, Realtors are incentivized to portray the market hotter than it actually is.

Yes, it seems reasonable. I thought a brokerage was doing just the UI basically, but the actual bond is actually in your name?

Yes, I would agree to that. It seems unfair to punish depositors that have zero or very low interest rates on their deposits. At the same time, it seems fair to punish depositors which were yeild chasing that 4.50% APY from SVB savings.

Yes, it seems very business as usual. I am more surprised about the founder lack of interest for bank and finance. It’s fully in his duty to know where his investor money is. And he seems to be careless about it.
