This is my guess as well. But I doubt anyone would be writing their code like "${userId}-${otherPart}" so copilot itself noticed that in all codebases with hardcoded twitter keys(which shouldn't be common on github I think) t

I have seen that as well and it is impressive. But this is more than that. The code contained a string variable named accessToken with a string like "218276172612672-jash127hg27128h'(random data here, not the actual id), where 218

I noticed a very peculiar thing with copilot. I was writing a twitter api wrapper and had hardcoded access token for a test user. Copilot when testing a function that requires a user id suggested one. I searched the id and it belonged to my

I am not 2021 macbook pro's yet but on 2020 M1 VS Code doesn't have higher than usual impact on battery. Atleast I, with 7-8 active vscode windows throughout the day, couldn't notice.

Love the app. I wish it had a blind tournament feature and option to change font size separately. I noticed I preferred familiar font names and more compact fonts and I don't know how much of the end result was impacted by these.

This is quite surprising. My experience has been quite different. Have you run systemd-analyze to try to locate what's causing the slower boot?

My experience is only with AWS, GCP, Azure and Red Hat. This pricing for m1 mini seems quite great to me at ~80$ compared to an aws t3a.xlarge Can this kind of instance be used as a server for deploying web apps? I have never tried hetzner.

React native issue is resolved in the 0.66[1] finally. It was walking on egg shells dealing with a weird combination of rosetta and arm configs. I have not faced docker issues except in the first few months but maybe that's just our wo

I vaguely remember having tried hammerspoon but can't remember why I didn't continue using it. Will give it a proper shot. Thanks!

Agreed. I hate that M1 is so good. I got an M1 macbook pro when my older laptop broke and I needed to temporarily deal with some iOS work. I bought it thinking I would regret it and have to replace it with another machine especially being u
