There's a hiccup like syntax within reagent which produces output via clojurescript. So (:div (... )) in your cljs.core turns into a react component. There's also kioo if you like the enlive approach better.

A thousand times yes. With a suitably rocking implementation (as outlined by other posters up/down of me) this would be a net benefit to everyone not just the deaf. The number of people on this thread who think this is a zero sum game

The standard is reasonable accommodation . Having someone walk the soup to people unable to climb the steps might perhaps constitute reasonable accommodation and not be an undue burden on the soup kitchen (which we'll assume for t

You seem angry and you are constructing a false dichotomy. No one is arguing that content should not be released, just that content, produced in institutions which are recipients of federal grants, should be made available to the widest pos

Why? To discuss the law 'as it should be' invites nothing but a cacophony of opinion. On what basis could such a conversation proceed? If I were uncharitable, I would suggest that such a discussion would serve only one function: t

Nobody is making it impossible. People are asking (by means of the public courts, as is their right) for equal access to that knowledge.

Harvard and MIT receive (accept) grants from the federal government for producing their content. It's reasonable to expect that in making this content available, they will accommodate all taxpayers. IOW, I'm not sure you understan

That is really cool. This focus on time is what draws me into the whole clojure/datomic world. We're ill equipped to handle it. Tools help. Does time itself reveal itself as the horizon of being?

Nope. Ken MacLeod's 'learning the world'. The alien space bats were a nice touch. Charles Stross' book accelerando has an interesting take on the Fermi paradox too.

+1 - This is by far the sanest approach to rdbms interaction I've seen. It's kind of sad that we're stuck with SQL but while we're stuck with it we should stick to it. :P
