Have been seeing both the LA and SF Waymo operating zones increase steadily. Also seen Waymo's being driven manually outside of those ranges presumably for further development.

I build CRUD apps at BigCo and most of the LOC is pretty mindless but needs to be deployed yesterday. Copying over 100 different memberVariable = DATABASE_CONSTANT in different forms becomes much easier when copilot starts guessing the form

Maybe it depends on how you look at it? If gratification is "working on my side project instead of finishing homework due tomorrow" then it wasn't delayed much, they were gratified the whole dang time!

Could go either way in my social group. Some folks hit ivy and then ended up at mediocre tech jobs anyway, others hit ivy and struggling to find work. Others went with the flow and still made it to the same mediocre tech jobs. And the ones

I rent a car around 6 times a year and I like trying out a different vehicle as often as I can. Adding car charging time into my short vacation in an unknown place, and being on the hook for returning it charged, etc. Might as well not deal
