Author stated that classes and interfaces seem redundant, not actually redundant. Repeated code could improve maintainability because it may actually have different reasons to change, and only look similar on the surface. I've seen t

The author should absolutely do what he wants, there is no problem with that, and I don't claim entitlement to anything beyond what I paid for. The only problem I have is with lack of a minimal status update. I don't expect blogs,

Seeing notes as files (plain text or whatever they provide). Not sure about attachments, it could be abstracted in various ways. Then there are Skitch files, that have become part of Evernote.

Is there a list of providers it supports? And I'm wondering if Evernote can be one of those providers (not sure if they even have this type of API).

It's interesting to consider that everything carries a death count. I wonder if there are stats on how many deaths pillows caused, and plastic bags, toothbrushes, laptops, light bulbs, etc. Would be helpful to keep new inventions in pe

Except there is a difference in that the really awful scenario is already here, and little by little, with big and small efforts, some communities are trying to climb out of it. How is spreading fear of upcoming doom in any way similar to t

I agree, what you are describing sounds like what I pointed out about bigger companies in the article. They not only can afford this, but they pursue this intentionally. > It would in my opinion be absurd to create an ecommerce system wh

I should've made it clearer, sorry. When referring to CMS in the article, I refer to the wider meaning of a content management system, the code that you write as a developer of your own site, which happens to manage your content. Not a

Right now you treat this as an awkward brush-off. Hopefully, if things go as planned, this will become increasingly treated as low, insensitive sexism, and people who never learn would grow old to be the innocent elderly sexists who simply

While I don't have much hope for enough public outrage to make a specific change, I still feel that leaks like these change the world. Not by any public actions, rather it plants a seed of accountability in minds of every individual an

I actually love quick-prototyping music in garage band. Dream come true when it comes to bringing music from your head to life in a matter of minutes, well arranged, with nothing but iPad. It's the music sketch book I always craved.
