It's funny because it reminds me of Angular in that it's very markdown heavy with the code behind in another file. So they wrapped React to make angular.

For #4, while I agree sometimes, I also recognize that SQLite (and other similar types of dependencies) are 100% going to outlive the product I'm building. So it's a bit arrogant to say my product is going to outlive them. I'

No it's not. Did you ever think that you can hash something twice? Hash it once on the client, then hash and salt it server side, like normal. It means that the server never actually knows your password, but that's about all it gi

I don't think it even needs to be faster, if you can make an artificial brain that's useful even if it's 100x slower, you can always run stuff in parallel.

If the app is designed for it you can use a hybrid approach, where a given "document" is stored in 1 file for each client, and the client merges the changes across all files. That way there's never a change conflict that some

In some countries it's a legal requirement to have a backup camera, which means you need a screen to display it, and hardware to render it.

As much as I agree Accept language should be enough, the problem is that English is the default value, so if it's default it's likely to be wrong so I understand guessing because most people don't know you can tell the browse

I think a really good example of this is that lots of times even when making a web app, different people make the web app from the people who made the marketing site for selling the web app.

I like how I've seen this addressed (maybe in Google Play?) where they tag the review to the version and indicate that to the reader.

Yeah I really wish there was a way for this to be enforced by the browser that the end user could trust. It would have to be a standard, but outside of opening dev tools and toggling offline mode there's no way to be sure. The funny th

The problem is that putting code into your database has all the problems of data migration with no testability. It's really hard to write tests and debug code compared to a proper language.

So many things have been called Linq over the years it's hard to talk about at this point. I've written C# for many years now and I'm not even sure what I would say it's referring to, so I avoid the term. In this case I

I would ask "Has a feed ever tried to abuse that to get readers to go away" the answer is yes, at which point the reader would ignore it.

Yeah I agree. You should be demonstrating how you would write code in the job. Based on devs I've worked with, I don't think a pure type solution as presented is very maintainable.

I think part of the problem is that there is no other thread (outside of service workers), so that's why it's hard. In C# I would just fire up another thread to do the work and I don't have to worry about blocking the UI unti
