Blazor isn't made for public front-ends like the Microsoft Store. It's more appropriate for LOB or other logged-in apps.

Sort of the same in France, or at least the employer is largely pushed to do so. If you don't take 12 consecutive days of vacations between May and October (among other conditions), you get 2 extra days of vacations, for free. It'

Your JIRA instance probably needs to be hosted on more powerful hardware. In my experience, JIRA on-premise is way faster than JIRA cloud (but I do prefer the new UI in JIRA cloud, though that's a matter of preference). As an example,

You can change the tabs and address bar positions (independently) in the Samsung Internet settings. You can also choose to display them always, on scroll, or never (for the tabs).

FirefoxOS was a full OS made on web technologies, like Palm/HP/LG's WebOS. That means apps like Contacts or Dialer were JS apps. I believe the other comment about a new FirefoxOS was more about an equivalent to ChromeOS: a si

French public broadcasters are ad-supported, they don't have to separate local and overseas websites/apps/revenue logic. I've seen another comment about the BBC having ads for other BBC content; I already get ads in my R

I feel the same about Radio France (the radio public broadcaster here in France, equivalent to BBC Radio + BBC Sounds). They've been pushing their app more and more, and now RSS feeds correctly list the episodes, but if you try to down

There's the Payment Request API[1] which in theory allows you to use a single JS interface to declare a payment intent and your providers (so far only Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay are compatible). Though it is a single way of

Android Studio is pretty slow for a Jetbrains(-based) IDE. I think it really depends on the plugins. Rider (C#) is amazingly fast on my machine, but Webstorm (TS) is slow and less "intelligent". When I used Android Studio, its bad

You can mock (well, "fake") POCOs with packages like AutoFixture that use reflection to generate mostly fake data, depending on what you need. You don't need interfaces or virtual, but you do need public getters unfortunately

You don't need interfaces for dependency injection, you can inject classes directly. I see interfaces more for separation of concerns (with domain-driven design pushed from all parts in the .NET world at the moment...), but that's

The language doesn't push you towards interfaces implemented once, but many developers indeed persist doing it for no reason at all. With proper code review we're able to make that practice go away on the projects I'm working
