It looks like you have identified the workaround that a ton of sites are using to track even users who deny non-essential cookies.

We used ThinkPad X131e Chromebooks with this firmware as our launch fleet for our on-premises app. (We needed basic user-facing kiosks that could take a beating.)

VoLTE will work over 5G (and sometimes over 3G in esoteric configurations). It is very data centric, even using SIP for call control. A rule of thumb is, any time you have a data connection, VoLTE can be used. This is why Wi-Fi Calling and

I will try that next time. I don't think that occurred to me because the Zoom app experience is very good. What I have been doing instead is joining from the Teams app on my phone unless I must share content.

My org does not use Teams at all. But I get invited to external Teams meetings sometimes. As a result, Teams is on my computer, adds itself to the startup items, then opens up to a login window every time I turn on my computer. The X button

I am a bit surprised to hear the iPhone X doesn't do the OCR stuff. The iPhone Xs (2018) does, and I use it all the time. And I kinda thought those phones were identical in all notable respects.
