It's sad domains are stupidly expensive. They don't need $10+/year to maintain a domain. The sad reality when such an infrastructure is governed by a tree structure with no one to override.

Yeah and the boards will kick out whoever that decided to stop accepting new users when they put much effort on marketing just because they couldn't get 100% customer support.

How do you think Bitcoin Cash was built? Major miners wanted block size increase but most of the rest of the world thought segwit was enough at that time and miners had to fork it off without taking over the original. Miners can't go a

How is blockchain technology relevant at making a search engine. It sounds like you're looking for a way to use the tech instead of purely trying to fix the problem.

What do you mean by irrelevant? How does open sourcing it makes it relevant? If it means privacy, one could just monitor network activity and see if it's making weird connections instead of going through gigantic source repo which most

In 2014, Google paid most of the $300m or so of Mozilla's revenue. You realize Mozilla makes good documentation but get how it has enough money to do so. They have too much money for what they do.

For projects large like a browser, not sure how having everything open sourced helps users. No one can audit it well enough anyway. Only track record can tell its security and stability.
