Isn't it due to the ratio of highly motivated people being more on Mastodon or does anything else makes it so? Like HN vs Reddit.

Can they not just turn into subscription model for something like $10/mo or even $5/mo and get things done instead of floating with nightlies? I'm sure people cry and scream for going paid but seeing this disappear with lack

You can see the SQL run through Log in SequelPro too.

What is the reason for them from releasing a stable for years? Feels like it's dead without uncovering GitHub activities.

After a few months I couldn't stand the cluttered interface and generally I need to click twice more to achieve anything, I went back to SequelPro.

I'm afraid SequelPro may be coming to a dead end without a real active development (night lies occur but no stable release in years without latest MySQL support.) https://github.com/sequelpro/sequelpro/issues&

Unclutter is also good for clipboard manager as well as taking a quick memo that doesn't get in the way.

Mac's third party app lineup is just so much better than Windows in my opinion, I don't care what OS to use but not going to leave Mac because of them. Windows culture of free but mediocre or good but bloated and expensive never r

UI polish and snappiness can't be beaten, which in turn locks me into using MySQL..

It's buggier as it crashes on me every few days but can't connect to MySQL 8 otherwise but the way development is going on, the product seems like a dead end which is too bad.

There's something about UI polish that puts me off from converting from SequelPro like space padding and font sizes.

Not to mention all product pack isn't as costly as $50 like Adobe's.

So why don't you pay once and keep that version for as long as you want? It's a perpetual license. If you want major updates, it's not weird to be asked to pay for it, which means continued subscription.

Their all product pricing is pretty good value. If you need more than 2 of their tools (while using IntelliJ which covers half of their offerings), then you should switch to all products and quickly get to third year discount. I use Intelli

I tried to like it and used it for a few months but eventually got back to SequelPro and it just feels breeze to use when every operation is so snappy not to mention an instant launch. The embedded DataGrip can be a good tool inside one of

You don't need $100k / year to spend $10 a month but I see the disparity of income around the globe can mean $10 is heavier than others.

My workflow is just too used to the easiness of using SequelPro, I can't live using any of "heavy" clients, not even DataGrip which is unfortunate as I cannot leave using MySQL. Closest thing that works for me is TablePlus bu

Would be nice if Chromium picks it up which can be propagated to Chrome and Safari on desktop and mobile and Edge then to nodejs and others will surely pick it up if those adopt it.

What are the problems of PhpStorm? It won't make you dig around a dozen plugin to make it work in a decent way and even better than atom + plugins and what about $8/month?
