> Almost like the wealthy who need therapy despite living materially comfortable lives, Americans are fighting with vitriolic rhetoric in seemingly unnecessary ways. The most accurate idea I’ve seen in years.

I just picked up an SCPH-1001 (original PS1) on eBay for 25 bucks. With the multi A/V out into a tube stereo, CDs sound fantastic . Not very convenient but a nice option.

I’m way out of the loop then, I guess. Back in my day you could move code files around your computer’s file system, and even run them with interpreters.

What does the user story look like for installing a Chrome app locally? Do you need to go through tons of menus or is it just dev mode + easy/scriptable setup process?

Your job should not have to include managing your manager. Your manager’s job includes preventing this situation from happening. If you find yourself spending too much time on this (and you can’t fix it by bringing it up), you should find a

I can't hear the difference between a CD and a phonograph. I can definitely hear the difference between an iTunes stream and a CD (maybe not in a car though).

In the case of a form, what’s wrong with composing a whole tree of custom “presentation” components in one render? Does this take up too much space? You don’t always need to pass the prop through each individual component, instead you can r

Absolutely. The headline and the banal terror in that quote are all I need to see here. Buy some things from Walmart/Jet if you’re really that worried about a new player monopolizing new industries (for very good reasons). In the worst

If the documentation says it is a REST API, you could be justified in expecting all POST requests to be non-idempotent, and all other requests to be idempotent. But it would still be reassuring to see this stated explicitly!
