FYI if you use your country ccTLD instead of .com, the agency in charge will help you recover a domain even if you lose access to your registrar somehow. Just make sure that your whois is always accurate (whois is rarely public for cctld, n

Why are you lying and spreading FUD? I work in the industry and Microsoft is by far the most picky one and their filtering is totally opaque. It's not very hard to get along with Gmail spam filters unless you're trying to send tho

Right. So let's not use the imperfect local clients that still work well. Let's just keep complaining about how Google is a big meanie for not making mail.google.com work offline (somehow) instead.

Yes, assuming the perp took the victim promptly to the hospital, I don't see why it should be qualified as murder unless there are antecedents. I can relate to wanting to silence something very distressing/aggravating by any means

Enough of this no true scottsmanship. "Scientific consensus" is taken as gospel by many people. Most on this very board. They don't care to learn how the consensus was reached (usually happens by just ignoring detractors). Th

Entreprise is minimum 12k/yr but it's typically more than that. It absolutely should entitle you to no-bs customer support. Big tech lowered the bar so much that y'all just have Stockholm syndrome...

How do you subscribe to Google One if you can't sign onto your account? Create a new account just to give Google some money and pray that they'll give you support about another account?

I'm convinced that (American) ISPs do passively log unencrypted DNS requests, so replacing their DNS with things like quad9 and not using dot/doh is mostly pointless, but the question was: will the isp hijack the response? I'

thepiratebay.org has always been the domain, it never changed (expect for a brief period where they lost control of it due to internal infighting). You're probably thinking of something else.

There's no need for FUD here. You've clearly read that one article about (based on a tweet) like we all did. But OP said it was the third party recommended by Apple themselves. So this isn't any third party, they likely have

And FOOD cost less than a dollar per day in those places. An AC, including electricity, and assuming their house is airtight enough to keep the cold, costs the same as 20 years worth of food. Check your privilege, as they say.

Nginx is started as root but it does not run as root, it changes its user after opening log files and sockets. (unless you use a lazy docker container and just run everything as root inside it).
