My ex's father ran a catering company in a small city with 3 different names. One was kosher, and the other two were just different brands.

How is claiming trademark and being conclusively rejected hy the court give greater weight to a future trademark claim than saying nothing at all? That is the opposite of logical.

Eh. Anyone who piled up a hunk of savings and invested it in the 2000s saw it get decimated or hemimated and took a hit against happiness. Taking more vacation or a fun lower paying job might well have been higher utility. But yeah, having

You might not like it, but Stallman's life illustrates his view on how to make a living from free software business: set your profit target at $50,000/yr per full time employee, instead of $100k or more, all the way up to CEO.

I have a free game that you can download from my website. How do you propose to install it on your phone? Under iOS ecosystem rules, you can't (beyond some limits like 99 friends and family copy and a USB connection or something).
