I wonder when the last time wah that a similar argument was made in the US congress.

That’s assuming this RV is in sound condition for the trek. That’s quite the assumption given the context but, sure, maybe.

In my opinion, it is about the same, maybe easier to not use markdown. If we count keystrokes, it’s less. If already typed, it’s less keystrokes to select with Shift+Ctrl then press Ctrl+B. If it’s not typed, it’s less keystrokes to Ctrl+B

I’m not very familiar with Prop 13, but can speak for situations in Oregon which seem quite different. Maybe prop 13 is why. Quickly surging economies create active markets which encourage owners to sell, renovations to happen, and old tena

Those locations don’t pay $15/hr. if you can find a job, and you probably can’t. Employment is rising in densely populated areas and not so much in rural areas. This is a little different on the east coast, but that’s a more significan

Honestly, I have dreamed and imagined how that could happen for years now. Of course, you’d have to start somewhere just like this. I think Facebook data with image recognition and and text analysis would be my first choice, largely related

You seem to be not exactly disagreeing with the article, but maybe tightening the slack on what we would call a “trendy company.” The author did not specify any successes of the “trendy companies” being discussed(I’m not including fundraisi

That makes sense. So, given that this is data it's users have an obvious interest in keeping private, Facebook could at least inform of this. The only reason I could imagine they aren't doing this is that their voice recognition i

As things stand, Facebook has no responsibility beyond those required by law and market. This is not an endorsement of anything, but a reminder of the reality.

This aligns with the new crony financialism of the 70s and New Deal of the 30s, but makes not much sense before that. It’s a nice digestable notion that correlates with cycles of generational empowerment but not much else. I’m open to the i

This does not make me feel any better about losing the best home I ever had when it got sold in the 2015 buyout race, with “plans to remodel” which were later rescinded just before being put back on the market at 180% the rent I paid. 2014
