This looks interesting - it would be helpful to be able to search by available runtimes, e.g. if it compiles to jvm or dotnet or wasm, or if it's gc'd. Would also help to differentiate paradigms between primary and additionally su

I think some of the vitriol hurled was over the top, especially given that folks can just fork the project and move on -- isn't that the whole point of OSS? If it were a closed source product it wouldn't have even necessitated muc

If I don't see a github action I'll usually pass on downloading. But what do you mean by "random person's site"? It's ffmpeg.org - is that not a reliable source?

I think of classical computers operating on yes and no, and quantum computers operating on direction and magnitude. Things like Q# make it a lot more approachable, but I'm also very much a naive mind. That said, I'm not seeing the

A more developed example is HVM[1] which is also built on interaction nets - this computation model enables for-free parallelization [1] https://github.com/HigherOrderCO/HVM

It's easy to hate typescript if you're trying to write it as javascript with types bolted on. All you'll see is restrictions and arcane complexity which exists solely to assuage the compiler. If you instead write types first

Neat! Not sure if it's part of the game but the chat icons are missing, text input is white on white and hitting send isn't doing anything. Are we supposed to be able to continue the chats but through an LLM?

I'm not sure why, but the patterned background is making the text more difficult for me to focus on or read - I'd like to try this out but I'm struggling to even get through a sentence. Otherwise the design aesthetic is nice!
