I don't see how they can get "special treatment", the difference between someone who couldn't hear the bell because they cannot and someone who just wasn't paying enough attention to react in time isn't obvious

That seems to be exactly the case. As a pedestrian, my problem is the cyclists who think the sidewalk is for going faster than the speed limit and the bike lane is for pedestrians to dodge into. As a driver, it's cyclists who think &qu

It's a problem in the US where bicycle food delivery is really rare. Even in places with good bike lanes, they'll often prefer the sidewalk because if there is some sort of obstacle in the bike lane (e.g. a car that parked illegal

I saw that too, it feels like it's worded to make it sound like it's mandatory for Copilot. Based on their blog post the "feature" is them training on your data.

I think most English speakers who recognize it will think of it as meaning a collection of myths, as in the "Cthulhu Mythos".

I'd imagine that's even more suspicious if you can't tell them who does know the password, or just gets lumped in with "refused to unlock your device".

PineTime Pro looks like a nice upgrade, although my original PineTime kind of made me realize smart watches weren't worth it for me.

I expected that too, but it's about the inspiration for the game, I guess. I was trying to figure out how you encode computation in the game.

I also commented on WMR, but I took that as MS not being "all-in on the metaverse". VR alone isn't the same thing, and HoloLens as a platform seemed to have more of a vision for working in shared mixed reality. I love my WMR

If I said I had a machine where I put in "tokens", watch it spin, and either get nothing or something valuable (with which I get being largely chance), you'd presume it's some kind of slot machine. The important things I

I think if the AI opponent plays their X/O directly on their turn, they have to be dumb enough to not make it too hard (even a slightly smart bot will probably force a tie most of the time, you might not be able to ever miss a tile), a

I like it, but I think it could be more interesting if the tiles interact more with each other, e.g. if you finish a tile (right or wrong) it reveals a letter (or to not be as strong, maybe it reveals a non-letter?) in another unsolved tile

A long time ago they had the games that came with a "Pokéwalker", which was a pedometer that acted as a sort of mini-game, but that's the closest they got to a mainstream game where you have to get off the couch. It almost me
