It's a little offtopic, but those shredded files were put together with software (they scanned all the scraps and put them back together with algorithms). Here is a link to the research article (couldn't find a free source, sorry)

I don't think you'll find another machine with the same specs and formfactor for much less. So the question is really do you need these specs and form?

It's a nice idea, maybe the QR code could contain a link with the key itself, relevant information and links to pgp software. I wouldn't count on Zuck though, he kind of lives from facebook being unencrypted.

I don't want to bash microsoft or anything. But 2.5 daily visitors and 1.5k new tickets daily can probably be served by nginx, a raspberry pi and a potato.

It's a nice checklist. I personally would do dmesg and log-checks right at the beginning. Also checking sw-raid and drives is missing (cat /proc/mdstat, hdparm, fdisk -l, smartctl ...)

Thank you for this story. I always wondered why ebay looks the way it does. And I always assumed it was because of greed (the reasoning being something like: "If we can charge for bold text, we will not matter how it looks"). This puts ebay

I have a question: Is there a possibility to "disable" the automatic creation of new classes? because if I understand the documentation right, then it would be possible for any user to spam my model with new classes.
