So I would like to rename VendingMachine to Controller and have a VendingMachine model where I move #vend and #refund to it. I'm also not very happy with #menu being this large in LoC. What would you guys recommend?

I can do that, but chances are that it won't change anything. He mentions to the development team that workers quit from his company with a smile on his face. He apparently finds abuse and developers quitting from his company amusing.
