Also, I very much like their chatbots, Claude-instant and (paid) Claude+, which are available via Poe.com. But for some reasons, they do almost no marketing for it. Gpt-4 has better reasoning capabilities, but Claude+ is somehow "more

It certainly has potential, I like it. There are also possibilities for additional features like prompt repository etc. What doesn't work for me is the pricing... normally, one already pays for ChatGPT+ and ChatGPT APIs, and now this w

I agree with your points, but would add that point 2 is not that suitable for one-person operation. I work in subscriptions business and while it is profitable, it requires quite a lot of people to take off. IT technologies, then editorial

Yes, by article I meant that summary and key terms, mostly the summary. Somehow, I just don't have much luck with it, I once asked ChatGPT to give me a summary of a book which I have read, and it provided 5 points, which is correct sin

You are right. I only wanted to say, that in the pre-GPT era, such websites were more useful for the programmers as they are now.

Maybe you already did that, just reminder for those who don't know - you need to apply for API access for gpt-4. I did that and was granted it after about 2 days.

Nice work, but I wonder if websites like this will not become obsolete soon. In most cases I can get the same result with ChatGPT, where I can also ask followup questions.

I remember, that in Slovakia we had something like an "Amazon Unlimited", it was called Piano, but it ultimately didn't work. The problem was, that for large publishers it was not profitable, and the system more or less favou

Do you use paid version? I considered buying it but then read some reviews that their search in paid version isn't that good.

I don't do sports, apart from occasional hiking. But what I need to do is to not over-eat and try to eat properly. What worked for me regarding diet are the following three: 1) paleo, 2) keto, 3) intermittent fasting (eat only in 8-hou

ChatGPT can make money by subscriptions, or they can also put ads next to the chat?

We had one 10x developer in our team (it was a bigger project with about 70 developers). His output was 10x the average mainly because he had very (both) deep and broad domain knowledge, i.e. knowing largest part of our own code base. That

I don't know why, but vim never worked for me. I tried several times to learn it, but I always forgot the shortcuts... maybe the reason is that I used it only a few times per week, to change crontab or some config file on server.

It depends, I asked about geocaching and it was spot on. Then I asked about the summary of the "Getting things done" book, and yes, it was surprisingly bad, like 50% correct with some misleading statements.

Hi OP, I was thinking about what you are asking as well, but now I solved my problem other way - I employed myself in the company I identify with, I mean I believe in what they are doing and want them to succeed. This allowed me to get the

But Casio already manufacture smartwatches, which meets OPs criteria like 1 year battery life. For example G-Shock GBD-H1000. But they are rather bulky, comparing to the alternatives he mentions.

Maybe off-topic, but my advice would be: if you need this guide, consider to switch to another language, if that's possible. In our company we switched to Go, and all those asyncio problems were magically solved.

I coded in C++ professionally for about 15 years and don't remember it would be "incredibly daunting". Not easy, but doable. But yes, I also exited the pool, now I work in Golang and just wouldn't go back to C++.

Yes, let's mention that chess.com is still very ok-ish service, haven't had any problem with them, nor with paid version, nor with free version.
