The UV doesn't reduce chlorine, it kills bacteria. There's also a filter, and that's what removes the chlorine

yep, it was pretty frustrating to not be able to click on the screenshot to view them larger, especially when right-click -> open the image in a new tabs shows that the images actually are a larger size

As far as I know it's a simple string match on the url. If the url is different (for example a new anchor tag is added) then it's considered a new submission.
