The admin is a web application I can tell this because I'm looking at my browser. ;) Not wanting to deal with the boring parts of web apps -- that's understandable but not business/user savvy.

I've played tech support to many people in my circle of friends and family who have no idea that alternate browsers even exist. The vast majority of users use what comes on the phone by default.

I've seen this behavior from both the Uncle Bob and DHH camps. Then again, how many Rails devs out there are using Rspec or alternative Rails stacks?

"sum of the numbers from 1 to N is O(N^2)" Maybe I'm misunderstanding you, but no it isn't. it's O(N) if you have to traverse a list of numbers it's actually constant time if the numbers are sequential.

Aggression solves this problem. Pure and simple. You can't reason and talk things over - fight or leave. Humans are unique in that we place a weaker person into a group of more aggressive people day after day with no escape. In the wil

Most people who know how to program attempt to teach their kids how to program. That being said, we need many more resources of all kinds directed towards teaching children. I hope this leads to 100 more programming books/videos direct

Any code you modify now is much more likely to be modified in the future compared to any code you haven't yet touched. Test the code you touch.

To me their the same exact thing when people drag-n-drop code in visual studio. oohhh ahhhh everyone says, except it has nothing to do with real world coding. i.e. it's proof of concept code at best.
