Maybe, from an employer point of vue : If you hire someone with a degree and he fails, you can sue him or your insurance could work. If he has no degree, you could be told that only an asshole hires a security expert without a degree.

I use runbox. Perfect support. A lot of free aliases (100). The only drawback is their UI. The default one is far from "pretty" or ergonomic. You can use a roundcube interface and gpg, but I must confesse the protonmail interface
