I don't think you realize how common drunk driving in in rural areas. 20% of the people on the road after 6-7 pm could be drunk in certain areas. Edit: Found this as a support source, while not 20% roughly 2x the rate in rural vs urban

I don't want to throw a wrench into your article but have you considered using terraform instead. I've found it allows me to write much more readable code than Cloudformation.

I disagree, I wish we could have fewer vehicle restrictions for a certain class a vehicles for people who accept the risks associated. A truck with bullet proof windows might be nice for people who live or drive through certain areas.

The standard at my college was any alcoholic consumption meant you could no longer consent. If I had a beer and had sex with my girlfriend it was considered sexual misconduct under the definition of consent the school provided.
